– Deposits: 20% (studio), 50% (home/bridal/group). Non‑refundable but transferable once with 48+ hours’ notice.  

– Cancellations/reschedules: 48+ hours to keep deposit. Same‑day cancellations/no‑shows may forfeit deposit and incur up to 100% service fee.  

– Late arrival: 15‑minute grace; then £15. 30+ minutes late without notice = no‑show.  

– Home‑visit readiness: Be ready at start time — delays cost £20.  

– Home services: Selected areas only; travel fee outside SE, DA or BR postcodes pop

– Health: No service for open wounds/infections; disclose allergies/conditions.  

– Service guarantee: Report issues within 3 days; corrections only if aftercare followed.  

– Add‑ons: Must be chosen at booking and booked with a core service.  

– Photos: Booking consents to use of images.  

– Out‑of‑hours fees (per person): before 09:00 £20, after 17:00 £20, after 21:00 £25 — paid in full to secure booking.
