⚠️ Booking Policies & Terms
- Deposits: A 20% deposit is required for studio bookings and 50% for home, bridal, or group sessions. Deposits are strictly non-refundable but can be transferred once if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Changes must be made 48+ hours before your time slot to retain your deposit. Same-day cancellations or no-shows forfeit deposits and may incur up to a 100% full service fee value.
- Late Arrival: A 15-minute grace period is provided, after which a late fee of £15 applies. Arriving 30+ minutes late without notice is automatically categorized as a no-show.
- Home Visit Readiness: Clients must be fully ready at the exact booking start time. Delays on the client’s end will incur a flat fee of £20. Home services are restricted to selected regions; additional travel fees apply outside SE, DA, or BR postal codes.
- Health & Cleanliness: Services cannot be performed over open wounds, skin lesions, or infections. Please disclose all relevant allergies or health conditions prior to treatment.
- Out-of-Hours Appointments: Bookings scheduled outside standard working blocks are subject to fees (per person): before 09:00 (£20), after 17:00 (£20), and after 21:00 (£25). These fees must be cleared in full to secure the appointment.
